My purpose for visiting Casona Plaza Hotel Cusco was to experience a cultural Thanksgiving celebration. While everything exceeded my expectations, what I appreciated the most was the all rooms media: a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It provided a pleasant way to unwind after a day of exploration. the staff's warmth and the convenient location near the main square added to my overall satisfaction. I am grateful for the memorable stay and commend the hotel for its exceptional service.
